The solution put in place has meant that it has been possible to analyse campaigns launched over social networks more effectively, reaching the target group more successfully and, therefore, increasing sales.
The solution captures data from the main social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube, and the mailing tool, MailChimp. Furthermore, the data needed to learn about e-commerce behaviour is obtained by using Google Analytics and Google Adwords. All these data are used to construct a dashboard to get to know about and boost the impact of each individual marketing campaign depending on the channel.


The dashboard cross-checks information from the social networks with sales information. In this way the Marketing department analyses the campaigns with more precision and can segment customers much more precisely, depending on the results, and, therefore, increasing sales.
