Mahou had a reporting system based on Microstrategy from 2010.The technology did not allow much automation, or solutions, to distribute reports to the sales team automatically. Without the much needed automation – with semi-automatic processes and regular trending, a proposal was made to roll out Oracle BI Publisher to automate sales reporting.
The proposed tool automatically generates daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to be provided and distributed to the entire sales team. The tool improved the sales team’s know-how and the sales situation, identifying customer status and helping them to become rapidly aware of those who are a potential risk of loss.
All the information gained using our solution has been key to Mahou achieving its sales targets.
